The Law

The California State law notes that the people who smoke marijuana have to have a 420 medical card. This is for medical dispensers to give them medical marijuana to smoke. There are not  a lot of medical dispensaries in California therefore its hard for people to get away for smoking marijuana. 

The People

The people of the united states are split up into two sides pro and con side of marijuana. their are just as many people that want it to become legal as people that want it to stay illegal. Right now marijuana is illegal and is able to have a  prescription in some states but that is the only the regulation.

Pro: A lot of people want this to become legal for everyone's use so that it would be easier to obtain. Because as of now they have to go to dispensary to buy their product. If legal, people you be able to get their marijuana from any source, this would make it easy on their hands.

Con: There are many people that don't want this to become legal because if they do so the tax on this product will increase. In medical dispensary the price is already very high compared to if you were to buy marijuana on the street illegally. The law would change also if they would legalize this and people aren't ready for this change yet. If this product becomes legal than it will make medical dispensary have to close because they will get run out of business, and those people would have to find new places to buy marijuana.

DEA

DEA-The DEA stands for Drug Enforcement Administration. This part has always been trying to keep marijuana out of the states for good. This party doesn't want marijuana to become legal because they feel it will only cause problems. They believe the crime rate will go up if they legalize this product. Marijuana can also bring harm to the states if they start selling to places that it is still illegal. People are becoming to go into the states to buy marijuana for different prices and can cause national conflicts.

Addicts

Addicts (Illegal users)- This party has one side of this argument witch is the pro side. This party wants marijuana to become legal for all to consume. This would make the crime rate for marijuana go down. People also wan this to become legal so it can be legal obtained with out trying to hide their actions. The tax on this product would be very high and would help us decrease our national debt. Right now people are still getting marijuana in the states but it is done illegally. We can't stop people from getting marijuana but is making it legal the answer?

Medical Dispensary

Medical Dispensary- In the states there are a few states that are able to sell marijuana as prescription. You you have so you are able to obtain and use marijuana freely. This medicine's law are like alcohol you aren't able to use machinery and drive while taking this drug. There are a lot of people in California that have this medical card. Almost all of these people want marijuana to stay the way this is and some people want it to become legal for everyone. This party mainly doesn't want marijuana to become legal because if they do so than all these places will be run out of business. The tax on this product will be raised. Medical dispensary would just be working with more expensive product witch could lead them to have to close.
